Our Process of making worm poop tea:

How We (and the worms!)

Create Amazing Products

We start with Red Wriggler worms, and provide them the perfect environment with compost and fresh vegetables.  The resulting worm castings (worm poop) are ready to harvest in just a few weeks.  Tim and the crew brew the castings into an infusion, or worm poop tea concentrate.

Here’s the detail:

Vegetable peelings to go in the compost farm

Step One:

Prepare the compost container.  This will be the worm’s home, and it’s done right.  Layer compost, wood chips and vegetable peelings and water well.

Step Two:

Obtain the Red Wrigglers.  When they arrive, release them into their new home.

Step Three:

Continue to give the worm farm fresh water and vegetable scraps.  Maintain the farm at the proper temperature.

The worms are very happy!

Step Four:

Brew the compost tea concentrate one day prior to distribution.  At this time, we ask for preordering the product to ensure it’s availability.
